So, without further ado let's get right into the article starting with the looks! The Looks This 1974 Porsche 911 is quite a looker. The 1974 body has always been a stylish car but this one has a wider stance as well as some bright colors to really catch your attention. Bring a Trailer: The New 1969 Series

- Dear Reader, We have a new website! You can check it out by clicking here: 1969 Inc . - I actually started this site, originally, because I was scrolling through the Bring a Trailer website and decided that I wanted to write about the cars I saw there. They always have such a cool selection and, since the cars are posted by users and are for sale, the selection is constantly changing! This means that there are always really cool and really interesting cars being posted! I have been choosing cars from the BaT, 'Bring a Trailer', selection and writing articles about them for a while now. However, just recently, I have decided to change the name of this series from 'For Sale:' to 'Bring a Trailer:'. This is not a massive change but there are a few things to note. The For Sale series had a couple of cars that were not from Bring a Trailer, this new series will have be completely filled with cars that are listed on Bring a Trailer. I think that this will keep the s...

This is the second article in the series and it is about the Autobianchi A112, a car that is probably a little less popular than the previous car! However, that's not gonna stop us from writing about it! So, let's get into the article about the Autobianchi A112, a small Italian car that is perfect for any city environment!  The History  So, you're a fan of the old Minis? Well, let me tell you about something even better! In the late 60s, Autobianchi wanted a piece of the 'small car' pie. Autobianchi was owned by Fiat and saw how well Mini was doing, so they decided that they were going to make their own small car. At first, this is concerning because in most cases where one company follows another, the second company always creates a worse product as they are just trying to get in on the rush. However, this ...

The album reached the #3 spot on the Billboard charts. It was also the band's best selling live album and went platinum.  Now, 50 years later, the live album is getting a massive deluxe 50th anniversary version that includes a lot of material. The 1969 Aston Martin V8

- Dear Reader, we have a new website! If you want to check it out, you can click here: 1969 Inc . Enjoy the article! - Introduction As promised, I am beginning the articles about all the cars released in 1969, starting with the Aston Martin V8. I think that this is a pretty good way to start this series as it really starts us off with some class. The Aston Martin V8 is, well there's really no other way to put this, a sexy car! It is, in simple terms, a European muscle car. You will immediately know what I mean just by taking a look at it. It has the muscle car style but with a distinctly European touch! The History In 1967, the previous Aston Martin model, the DB6, was starting to become an aged car and Aston Martin needed something new. So, they decided to introduce the Aston Martin DBS. They originally wanted it to have a new V8 engine. Unfortunately, that engine wasn't ready and the 1967 and 1968 model years got the old V6 engine meaning that they were slower than Aston Mart...

The album made a big enough splash that it is actually getting its own re-release! The namesake song on the album, 'Year of the Cat', was a major commercial and critical success and was the biggest hit of Al Stewart's career! For Sale: LS7-Powered 1961 Chevrolet Corvette

 - Dear reader, as you may know, we currently have a new website! You can read this article on the site by clicking here: 1969 Inc . Thank you for reading! - The 1961 Chevrolet Corvette is a gorgeous car. I wanted to start this article off by saying that right off the bat because for me, that is the best part about this car. The 1961 body is one of the best American cars of all time and I will always stand by that assertion. Now that I have made that point though let's actually start the article.  I was browsing through Bring a Trailer, as I usually do, when I came across a title that certainly grabbed my attention. It said that someone was selling a LS7-swapped Chevy Corvette. To add to that, it was a 1961 Chevy Corvette. Of course I clicked and was pleasantly surprised as it turned out not to be an old beat-up model or something like that but rather an actual 1961 LS7 swap Corvette in great condition!  So, I am going to start with talking about the engine in this articl...

Did Bon Scott write any of Back in Black?

I should probably start this off with a sort of a disclaimer. Firstly, I am not expert on this nor am I affiliated with AC/DC. This is mere speculation and opinion. However, it is quite an interesting topic in the world of AC/DC since there are many fans who often wonder about this. But, for those who are not as familiar with the subject, let's start by setting the scene of the story. In February of 1980, the lead singer of AC/DC Bon Scott passed away. He was one of the core parts of the band and played a large role in the band's songwriting process and performances. Bon Scott was the front man for AC/DC along with Angus Young and had quite a large following. However, he was also a very stereotypical Rockstar as he spent much of his time doing drugs, partying, and living a fast lifestyle. This eventually would be what lead to his death in 1980. He passed away after a long night of drinking when he curled up in the back of his car to sleep. In his sleep he choked on his own vo...
