Sammy Hagar and the Circle have added Florida Tour Dates!

- Dear reader, we have a new website! You can check it out by clicking here: 1969 Inc. It is much easier to use and you can find all the articles you love there! Thank you for reading! -

Good Morning everybody! We have great news if you are a Sammy Hagar fan and are living in Florida! Sammy Hagar and the Circle have just announced that they will be playing five concerts at various locations in Florida! The tour is planned for this summer, summer of 2021, as Coronavirus restrictions are loosened in some of the southern states.

The tour is set to start on May 23rd in Key West where they will perform one concert. Then, on May 25th and 26th, they will perform another two concerts. Finally, they perform two shows on June 1st and 2nd at St. Augustine's.

All of the show information can be accessed on Sammy Hagar's website. This is also where you will be able to purchase tickets for the show when they go on sale soon! The shows will be 'socially distanced' and they will play the venues with a lowered capacity. Sammy Hagar expressed some concern about the 'socially distanced' concerts and how the media will portray his concert, but he still plans to push forward with the shows anyway.

During the Coronavirus lockdown, Sammy Hagar and the Circle released a new album called 'Lockdown 2020'. While this new album was mostly comprised of cover songs, it did contain one new and all original song called "Funky Feng Shui" by Sammy Hagar. This song as well as many others will played at his upcoming Florida shows.

North America, mainly the United States, has been closed for quite a long time due to Coronavirus restrictions. Many people have been wondering if we will ever even have concerts again. However, with the vaccine becoming more available and the summer season coming, it seems like we will finally be able to see our favorite musicians live again.

Sammy Hagar is one of the first musicians to schedule live concert shows again as things start to open back up. However, the shows will still be socially distanced to slow any spread of the virus and to keep people safe. If you are planning on going to a show this summer, remember to stay safe and to get your vaccine!

Did Bon Scott write any of Back in Black?

I should probably start this off with a sort of a disclaimer. Firstly, I am not expert on this nor am I affiliated with AC/DC. This is mere speculation and opinion. However, it is quite an interesting topic in the world of AC/DC since there are many fans who often wonder about this. But, for those who are not as familiar with the subject, let's start by setting the scene of the story. In February of 1980, the lead singer of AC/DC Bon Scott passed away. He was one of the core parts of the band and played a large role in the band's songwriting process and performances. Bon Scott was the front man for AC/DC along with Angus Young and had quite a large following. However, he was also a very stereotypical Rockstar as he spent much of his time doing drugs, partying, and living a fast lifestyle. This eventually would be what lead to his death in 1980. He passed away after a long night of drinking when he curled up in the back of his car to sleep. In his sleep he choked on his own vo...

'The Millennium Concert' by Eagles is now on Vinyl

   - Dear reader, I offer this blog completely for free. If you would like to help support the blog, you can subscribe above, follow in the pull out menu, or share this article with your friends! Thank you! - In and around 2000, the Eagles played a number of concerts in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. These concerts were recorded and put together as the Millennium Concert Collection. This collection has been included in a few other releases but has never been offered on its own and was never offered before on vinyl.  The Millennium Concert is being offered as a single vinyl album that consists of 12 tracks, which are shown below. The album features a number of live versions of fan favorites such as 'Hotel California' and 'Peaceful Easy Feeling'.  This album is quite special for a few reasons though the main one being that this was the last time that the Eagles played all together as a united group. This recording features Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schm...
