We Have a New Website!

About the New Site:

Hello everyone! We just upgraded! We are currently setting up a new site at a new home that will be easier to access, easier to use, and better in looks all around! The site can be found by going 1969-inc.com or by clicking here. In this post I just want to go over some things about the new site and about email subscriptions.

The new site will have all the old articles, music, and videos that you guys love. On top of that, we will be posting almost daily content to the new site including news, car reviews, music discussions, and more! We will continue posting new articles here too for a few more months if you would like to stay however, we suggest that you switch over to the shiny new site!

The new site will also allow us to do more as it offers quite a few more useful widgets and tools! We will finally be able to organize our articles into sections, and we will also be able to easier manage comments. Currently, we are working on the email subscription situation. If you had an email subscription with us on this site, please bare with us as we work through setting up the new one on the new site. We believe we will simply be able to transfer your subscription over, but we are not completely sure how it is going to work exactly at the moment.

If you are reading this, we would like to thank you for supporting the site in its early stages. We are only moving to the new site because we have gotten enough support and traffic to the point where we believe it would only be right to create a better experience for our readers. Thank you all for reading and we will see you on the new site!

- Important: DO NOT navigate to 1969inc.com. We do not own or operate the site associated with that domain name. Make sure that you include the comma and enter 1969-inc.com when you navigate to our new site. -

The American market was thriving with muscle cars and the Europeans were making some pretty sweet cars! The total list is maybe not quite as long as you would expect, but it is full of awesome cars that are now beautiful classics! So, let's take a look at the list of cars from 1969! Porsche 914: The Fun Porsche

Introduction Today, I want to talk about a car that most people have probably seen once or twice but don't know all too much about. We are going to talk about the Porsche 914 and I am going to explain why I think this is one of the most fun Porsches. I should mention that by saying this is the fun Porsche, I am not saying that other Porsches are not fun, because that is completely untrue. I just think that most of the other models are a lot more serious than this one, which makes this one a lot more fun. So, let's start by talking a little bit about the car, and then I will talk about why I think this is the fun Porsche! The Car So, in the early 60s Porsche needed a new car to replace the Porsche 912 that was currently their entry model car. So, they started to design the 914 as a newer, but still entry level, sports car. They were going to make two models, one with a four cylinder and one with a six cylinder engine. However, this was when Porsche was still heavily tied to Volk...

'The Millennium Concert' by Eagles is now on Vinyl

   - Dear reader, I offer this blog completely for free. If you would like to help support the blog, you can subscribe above, follow in the pull out menu, or share this article with your friends! Thank you! - In and around 2000, the Eagles played a number of concerts in Las Vegas and Los Angeles. These concerts were recorded and put together as the Millennium Concert Collection. This collection has been included in a few other releases but has never been offered on its own and was never offered before on vinyl.  The Millennium Concert is being offered as a single vinyl album that consists of 12 tracks, which are shown below. The album features a number of live versions of fan favorites such as 'Hotel California' and 'Peaceful Easy Feeling'.  This album is quite special for a few reasons though the main one being that this was the last time that the Eagles played all together as a united group. This recording features Don Henley, Glenn Frey, Joe Walsh, Timothy B. Schm...
